The bank network is a platform for business operations of commercial banks,as well as a main battlefield for dealing with market competition and expanding customer channels and market share.At present,commercial banks are faced with the impact of accelerated technological innovation,market interest rates and non-banking financial institutions,and their traditional grassroots networks are gradually unable to adapt to the current competitive market.The development of Agricultural Banks is directly restricted by such adverse factors as reduced service capacity and reduced operational efficiency.The network should immediately implement the service marketing optimization strategy and promote the intelligent transformation of the network.In the process of the bank's transformation and innovation,it takes the concept of service that is appropriate to the customer's needs and efficient service efficiency as a tool to stabilize the customer's group and increase the stickiness of the customer.And then stabilize the Agricultural Bank in the financial market competition in the leading position.Based on the theory of service marketing,this paper analyzes the operating environment of Agricultural Banks in the context of financial market development.Put forward the principle and train of thought that the network should carry on the intelligent transformation of service marketing to enhance the bank's competitiveness.By selecting the typical business outlets of the Agricultural Bank of Beijing and combining with the background of the network transformation,he pointed out the problems existing in the management and service marketing of the network,and analyzed the reasons for the problems.Design and adjust the layout of the hall and optimize the service process,It aims to strengthen the competitive position of Agricultural Banks in the industry and realize their long-term development through the optimization design of service marketing schemes.
