Research On Financial Strategy Of J Dairy Co.,ltd.based On Harvard Analysis Framework

Good or stable finance is the premise of enterprise development.How to use financial leverage to borrow and manage,and how to balance risks and benefits is a problem that can not be ignored in enterprise development.At present,the market competition in the dairy industry is becoming increasingly fierce,but some dairy enterprises are losing money or even falling into crisis because of financial problems.Therefore,it is very important for dairy manufacturing enterprises to analyze the financial data of dairy enterprises,study their financial strategies and find out the problems.This paper mainly solves the problem by analyzing the financial data of J Dairy Co.,Ltd.and comparing it with the financial strategy of the enterprise to find out the countermeasures.Firstly,this paper introduces the background,purpose and significance of the research on financial strategic management of dairy enterprises.Then take J Dairy Co.,Ltd.as an example to study its financial data and financial strategy.Through collecting financial reports of enterprises and related enterprises in the industry,inquiring bank flow and interviewing managers,this paper studies financial reports,and finds that the main problems existing in the financial aspects of enterprises are:unreasonable asset structure,excessive non-current assets;single financing mode,involving the phenomenon of long-term use of short loans;high debt ratio,weak solvency;inadequate financial management.Refinement and other issues.Through in-depth analysis of these problems,we find that the main reasons for the problems are:the financial strategy implemented by managers is too radical,financial institutions over-credit,unlisted enterprises,over-emphasis on sales indicators,etc.Finally,some specific countermeasures for the development of enterprises are put forward,including financial strategic planning,more refined financial management,borrowing and investing according to the financial situation.At present,for the non-listed dairy manufacturing enterprises,because the relevant data are not public and difficult to search,there is little research on their financial strategy.It is hoped that through the study of J Dairy Co.,Ltd.,on the one hand,it can provide a basis for the managers of enterprises to make reasonable financial strategies,on the other hand,it can provide decision-making reference for the financial strategies and implementation of related non-listed dairy manufacturing enterprises.
