Compensation has always been the most sensitive issue for enterprises and employees,and successful enterprises with sustainable development must have reasonable and effective salary incentive countermeasures.The unreasonable salary management may result in the low enthusiasm,inefficiency and brain drain of employees,which directly leads to the unsatisfactory business performance of enterprises,but it still needs to pay a lot of labor costs.On the contrary,if an enterprise can formulate a scientific and reasonable salary management in accordance with the current situation,on the basis of legitimacy,with fairness at home and competitiveness at home and abroad,it can not only effectively stimulate the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of employees,improve the business performance of the enterprise,but also achieve the success of the enterprise,at the same time,employees also create themselves,realize their self-worth,and ultimately benefit the enterprise.Achievement of objectives.This paper discusses the salary management of talents in A Power Grid Company.The first chapter mainly introduces the research background and significance;research ideas and research methods;the second chapter describes the relevant concepts of salary management,reviews the literature review at home and abroad;introduces the salary system of position,skills and abilities,salary level,salary structure,performance incentives and employee welfare management.The third chapter introduces the salary management analysis of A Power Grid Company and the analysis of various problems;the fourth chapter,the optimization design of salary management of A Power Grid Company;the fifth chapter,the implementation guarantee of salary incentive system of A Power Grid Company Limited;the sixth chapter summarizes the prospects and shortcomings.With the rapid development of economy,enterprises realize that effective salary management has a great impact onthe survival and development of enterprises.It is necessary to establish a set of perfect and effective salary management.
