Research On Problem About Targeted Poverty Alleviation In Ruralareas Of G City

Under the current conditions,how to help the tens of millions of poverty people steadily overcome poverty is related to whether China can achieve the first centennial goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and realize the great Chinese dream.It can be said that at present,how to win the battle against poverty and do a good job in targeted poverty alleviation has become priority among priorities of the Chinese government work.Based on the new public management theory and governance theory as the main line,integrated use of the method of literature review,field interview,rural precision poverty alleviation in G city has been carried in the study.We found its current problems,mainly including: poor people with lack education,not enough precision in poverty alleviation project,lack of standardization in capital usage,less perform in residency personnel,weakening support team construction and not strong supervision work and so on.After carrying on the concrete explanation to these questions,and analyzing the reasons of these problems,we found that several reasons leading to the emergence of these problems are as following,such as limited thought in poor people,unreasonable allocation on poverty alleviation project,irrational funds arrangement,lack in taking measures from residency staff,unreasonable structure of support team and imperfect system of supervision and management.So according to the analysis on the problems and causes,we puts forward the corresponding measures and countermeasures including the following several items,more precise poverty alleviation work,strengthening the education on poor people,putting in place the precise project for poverty alleviation,rational use of funds,perfecting policy implementation for poverty alleviation,strengthening support team structure and improving supervision and evaluation mechanism.
