In the context of current scientific research on economic globalization and sustainable development,research on the relationship between two systems or two elements has become one of the frontiers and hotspots.At present,the research framework for two elements or two systems has gradually become clear,And nowadays,there are many studies on society,economy,ecosystem and its elements,and more and more study of complex relationships on the global environment and the relationship between natural and humanities.The research in this paper will take the 11 provinces and cities in China as an example,introduce the resource and environment bearing capacity into the research of the coordinated development of land and marine industries,define the concept of marine and land industry and its land and marine industry’s contradiction,resource and environmental bearing capacity and related theories;The resource and environment bearing capacity evaluation index system and the evaluation model use the subjective and objective weighting method(entropy evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process)for weight assignment.By calculating the marine-land industry heightening index,and using the coupling harmonious degree model to calculate the coordinated development degree of the marine and land industries in 11 provinces and cities in China,and extracting the factors affecting the resource environment bearing capacity by principal component analysis,finally,the impulse response model is used to analyze the impact of the resource and environmental bearing capacity constraints on the coastal and coastal industries in China’s coastal 11 provinces.According to the variance decomposition map,the contribution of resource and environmental bearing capacity to the coordinated development of land and marine industry and its changing trend are analyzed.Based on the above research,the corresponding development paths of land and sea industry in the three major regions(the Bohai Rim region,the Yangtze River Delta region and the Pan-Pearl River Delta region)are proposed.The results show:(1)From the perspective of resource and environmental bearing capacity,the resource and environmental bearing capacity of 11 provinces and cities in China’s coastal areas has declined and the difference is significant,but the degree of change varies from province to city;among them,resources and environment in Shanghai and Tianjin The highest level of force is between 0.5-07,and the lowest in Hebei Province is between 0.3-0.4.The resource and environmental bearing capacity of Hainan,Guangdong,Fujian and Zhejiang is at the middle level and relatively stable.It remained at around 0.5 in 2007-2016;(2)From the perspective of the coordinated development of marine and land industries,the coupling degree of marine and land industries in 11 provinces and cities across China is generally on the rise,but the difference is significant,and the fluctuations are also different;the coordination degree of land and marine industries in Shanghai,Tianjin and Guangdong The overall value is above 0.7.The coupling degree of marine and land industry in Liaoning,Jiangsu,Hebei and Zhejiang provinces is relatively moderate,basically around 0.5.The coupling coordination degree of Guangxi marine and land industry is relatively stable and lowest.(3)From the perspective of the impact of resource and environmental bearing capacity on the land and marine industry,the impact of the resource and environmental bearing capacity of the three major regions on the linkage between land and marine industry is positive,and the contribution of the resources and environmental bearing capacity of the three regions to the coordination of land and marine industries Overall higher,but the level of contribution is significantly different;In short,the impact of resource and environmental bearing capacity on the linkage between land and marine industry is more obvious.With the optimization and upgrading of the land and marine industry structure,the degree of coordinated development between marine and land industries has gradually increased,and the impact of resource and environmental carrying capacity on the linkage between land and marine industry has declined,but to a certain extent,the resource and environmental bearing capacity has an impact on the land and marine industry linkage,starting from the main influencing factors of the resource and environmental bearing capacity,so that the marine and land industries can develop more harmoniously and realize the land and marine pooling. |
