With the rapid development of China's economy,the level of disposable income of residents is increasing,and the funds that can be used for investment income are increasing day by day.In the gradual transformation of financial awareness,more and more residents begin to invest their funds in the financial market to maintain and increase their assets.With the prosperity and development of the financial market,the types of financial products are becoming more and more diversified.In the past,the main source of profits for banks was deposit and loan spreads,but now wealth management products business has gradually become the main source of profits for banks.In recent years,the rapid development of Internet finance has brought great challenges to the business of bank financial products.The demand for banks' high-yield wealth management products is increasing,so it is particularly important to improve the rate of return on financial products.Therefore,how to improve the rate of return of bank wealth management products is worth exploring.In this paper,the rate of return of wealth management products of China Merchants Bank is taken as the research object,and the influencing factors of the rate of return of wealth management products of China Merchants Bank are studied by combining theoretical analysis with empirical research.First of all,this paper introduces the meaning and types of wealth management product rate of return and expounds the related theory of wealth management product rate of return.Secondly,it introduces the current situation of China Merchants Bank's financial product rate of return.Thirdly,the influencing factors of bank wealth management product rate of return are analyzed theoretically from the aspects of macro factors and product design factors,including interest rate,inflation rate,consumer confidence index,entrustment period,investment variety,starting amount.The issuing object,currency type,business model and ten main influencing factors in sales area.Then,through the relevant data of wealth management product return of China Merchants Bank,the multiple regression model is used to make an empirical study on the product design factors,and the conclusion is drawn that there is a correlation between the rate of return of wealth management products and the factors of product design of China Merchants Bank.Finally,according to the results of empirical research andcombined with the previous theoretical analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the rate of return of China Merchants Bank and promote the development of its wealth management products business.
