With the continuous maturity of Internet technology,more and more new media platforms derive from Internet technology.As more and more audiences of the new media platform,it is increasingly common to use the new media platform for marketing.Under the new media environment,China Mobile X Branch also actively carries out the marketing of 4G products.Although it has made some achievements in increasing the number of customers,there are still many problems.These problems are mainly manifested as follows: the target market positioning deviation,the lack of innovation in new media marketing methods,the lack of systematic new media marketing planning and new media marketing platform construction lag.The specific performance of the above problems: X Branch 4G product sales slowed down year-on-year growth,market share declined,consumer experience of unsatisfactory complaints rate increased and some products returns increased.With the help of literature analysis,case analysis,induction and deduction and other methods,this paper discusses the implementation environment,current situation,existing problems and reasons of marketing strategy of China Mobile X Branch in the new media era,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.Through this study,the following conclusions are drawn: Firstly,the domestic customers' demand for 4G products mainly reflects the following characteristics:further reduction of the cost of use,further improvement of the hardware operation and network speed experience effect of 4G products,and further expansion of the coverage of 4G products.The impact of new media on the marketing of China Mobile X Branch's 4G products is as follows: firstly,the emergence of new media has increased the marketing channels of X Branch's 4G products;secondly,the emergence of new media has further intensified the competition in the marketing of X Branch's4G products;thirdly,the emergence of new media has made the marketing of X Branch's 4G products have to be adjusted.Secondly,the emergence of new media forChina Mobile X Branch 4G product marketing is both advantages and disadvantages,but also has certain development opportunities.Thirdly,considering the problems existing in the marketing of 4G products of China Mobile X Branch in the era of new media,China Mobile X Branch needs to change the marketing concept of 4G products,innovate the marketing mode of 4G products and formulate new media marketing plan of 4G products,including product strategy,price strategy,marketing channel strategy,publicity and promotion strategy.Strategy of customer relationship marketing.In order to ensure the implementation of the optimization strategy,we need to improve the internal marketing supervision system of 4G products,strengthen the market research and analysis of 4G products,improve the customer service system of 4G products,and establish an organizational system to support the new media marketing of 4G products.
