Research On Japan's Foreign Trade Under The Background Of Global Trade Environment Change

The global trade environment is always changing,and how to maintain growth in the changing global trade environment has become a hot topic.In this context Japan,as a highly developed capitalist country and the world's third largest economy,needs to study how to deal with its foreign trade.In the process of writing this paper and combing through the literature,it was found that domestic and foreign scholars' research on the change of a single trade environment is increasing,but there is no comprehensive analysis on the change of the global trade environment,and the study on Japan's foreign trade in this contextIn view of this,this paper studies the changes in the global foreign trade environment and the current situation of Japan's foreign trade from the following perspectives.Firstly,conduct in-depth research on the changes of the global trade environment from the perspectives of anti-globalization,industry 4.0 and global value chain evolution by method analysis method and paper adopts literature research comparative.Secondly,quantitative analysis method was adopted to collect the data of Japan's trade in goods and services in recent 10 years,and the status quo of Japan's foreign trade was analyzed.By analyzing the curve trend of trade scale,structure and income and expenditure,descriptive research method was adopted to describe and summarize the characteristics of Japan's foreign trade.Third,analyze Japan's attitude towards FTA,investment-related agreements and regional organization cooperation;Fourth,forecast the development trend of Japan's foreign trade.Through analysis the following conclusions:(1)the U.S.debt crisis led to the fast development of economic globalization,the financial crisis,the world economic depression,lack of demand,the developed countries represented by the United States put forward the "America first" is a symbol of the rise of trade protectionism,but in this context,the increase of foreign direct investment in other countries,in the form of production sales on the spot to increase exports,with attention to the rise of trade protection,Japan to the TPP,"One Belt And One Road",attitude change of the asia-pacific economic organization,actively promote free trade,actively promote high levels of FTA strategy,Trade liberalization and regional integration remain the focus of Japanese advocacy;(2)the coming of"industry 4.0" brings not only opportunities but also challenges to all countries in the world.Japan,by giving full play to its advantages in software and hardware and industrial characteristics,constantly puts forward new strategic guidelines,and strives to seize the opportunity of "industry 4.0" to prevent developing and emerging countries,such as China,from catching up with it(3)the division of labor in the global value chain has changed,and new features have emered in the context of "industry 4.0".Japan is at the higher end of the value chain,and its participation in the global value chain is deepening,but its relative position is on the decline.Already is the destiny of countries around the world,sharing the same foreign trade environment,the change of the foreign trade environment has a great influence on every country,but will be based on their respective national conditions develop policies on foreign trade,the adoption of countermeasures,and Japan's foreign trade has been the effect one of the important driving force of world economic development,study of Japan's foreign trade is of great significance to the whole world trade influence.Moreover,a full analysis of the current situation of Japan's foreign trade is of great importance to promote the technological progress of China's relevant industries,upgrade the structure of foreign trade,timely adjust China's foreign trade structure so as to improve international competitiveness,and has important practical significance to promote the development of China's foreign trade.
