Study On The Relationship Between Housing Security Level And Residents' Income Gap In Beijing

According to the National Bureau of Statistics published in the country from 2006 to 2016 Gini coefficient,are more than 0.4,indicating that China's nearly a decade between the gap between rich and poor more than the internationally recognized cordon,narrowing the income gap between residents need to attract enough attention.As an extension of the social security system,the housing security system has an important regulating effect on income distribution,and the government can use the housing security system to allocate and redistribute national income for the first time,so as to regulate the income gap of residents.Beijing as the central city of the whole country,the leader of policy formulation,the construction of housing security system is early,the market economy system is more perfect,in the region has a certain representative.After having a relatively perfect housing security system,the level of housing security in Beijing has no impact on the income gap of urban residents(hereinafter referred to as the income gap),the relationship between the two,is the author's main research goal.and through the analysis of the status quo and background of the two,the establishment of data indicators,the use of eviews and other tools to make an empirical analysis of the relationship between the two,and finally concluded that Beijing's housing security investment and completion area have an impact on the income gap,and there is a growing trend of the conclusion.The overall research of this paper can be divided into four levels:literature combing,development and present situation analysis,relationship demonstration,countermeasure suggestion,1.Literature combing.This paper summarizes the background and significance of the impact of housing security level in Beijing on narrowing the income gap of residents,combs the relevant theoretical research on housing security and residents ' income gap in academic circles at home and abroad,explains the basic concepts,and discusses the interaction mechanism between the two,and absorbs the existing achievements,Through empirical analysis and literature research to draw their own conclusions.2.Development and status analysis.This part is to analyze and summarize the development course and present situation of housing security and income gap in Beijing.This paper combs the course of housing security construction in Beijing during the planned economy and market period,analyzes the present situation from the angles of financing,distribution,land supply and functional stratification,and summarizes the laws and characteristics followed by the development of housing security in Beijing.By analyzing the investment amount and completion area of the guarantee house in Beijing,this paper makes a judgment and analysis on the current level and scale of housing security in Beijing,and analyzes the current situation of urban residents ' income gap by analyzing the difference of disposable income of urban residents in Beijing.3.Relationship empirical.To collect the data of the Beijing municipal government on the construction of affordable housing projects in 2004-2017,including the completion of investment in residential security,the completion area of affordable housing,etc.,to quantify the level of housing security in Beijing,and to deal with and analyze the difference in disposable income of urban residents in Beijing for 2004-2017 years,To explore the influencing factors that lead to the persistence of the gap;After determining the index,using EVIWS software to carry on the empirical research to the Beijing Housing security level and the resident income data,validates the relationship between the two,and draws the conclusion.4.Countermeasures and recommendations.Through the analysis of the development and present situation of housing security and income gap in Beijing,and using the data to verify the relationship between the two,it is found that there are still many problems in Beijing housing security regulating the income gap of residents,and put forward a clear government role to protect the housing rights of low-income people,expand the coverage of guaranteed housing We should expand the investment of guarantee housing to obtain financing channels,encourage low-income people to enhance their personal value,and avoid relying too much on protection housing and other countermeasures and suggestions.
