Research On Beijing Housing Security Issue

Have a house to live is one of the basic survival rights of residents,but the majority of the city low income are unable to participate in market transactions,the market is difficult to meet their basic living needs,the housing problems of urban low-income groups with the faster development of housing market is becoming more and more prominent.Affordable housing system,low rent housing system,public rental housing system,public housing fund system and supporting commercial housing system is the main content of Beijing housing security,made a positive contribution to solve the housing problem in Beijing.But at present,there are still some problems of the Beijing housing security remain to be further improved.This paper mainly launches from the housing security policy of urban low-income groups.To clarify the housing system form of Beijing city housing security,analyzing the development of security housing policy,summarizes the status of implementation of the current Beijing security housing construction,combing the Beijing security housing related system.Selecting typical countries and cities as the focus of analysis object,researching the advanced experience and practice in their security housing construction,compared with the experience and practice of security housing in Beijing.Emphatically analysis the problem of Beijing current housing security system ofimperfection,lack of funding sources,unreasonable land supply,simple division method,easier to cause some problemsof sandwich layer of the security housing supply,and put forward recommendations to improve the housing securitypolicy,such as to improve the relevant system of laws and regulations,use multiple channels to raise funds for construction,reasonable definition of the security housinggroup and to increase supervision,provide planning foundation for the construction of housing security in Beijing.
