Study On The Impact Of Beijing,Tianjing And Hebei Electronic Information Industries On Regional Economy

Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is the third largest economic growth pole in China after the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta.The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has risen to the national strategy.The key is to optimize the allocation of resources,coordinate industrial development and promote economic growth.Electronic information industry is a pillar industry to promote economic development with high driving and permeability.With the implementation of the strategy of "Integration of information and industrialization" and"Internet+",new industrial forms are emerging.The electronic information industries in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei have played a more significant role in promoting regional economic development.Based on the theory of industry relevancy,this paper uses input-output method to construct the multiregional input-output model by compiling the input-output table between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and calculates the direct consumption coefficient,the complete consumption coefficient,the direct distribution coefficient and the complete distribution coefficient of the electronic information industries in Beijing Tianjin and Hebei,respectively,to study the relevant structure between the electronic information industries and all the regional industries in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,to analyze the electronic information industries in the three regions mainly through which the industries have an impact on regional economy;Calculate the regional influence coefficient,the target influence influence coefficient,the regional response coefficient and the target regional response coefficient,and study the impact of the electronic information industries on the regional economy of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Finally,make a comprehensive comparative analysis of the electronic information industries in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The development level of electronic information manufacturing industries in Beijing and Tianjin are relatively high,while that in Hebei is relatively backward.and the electronic information manufacturing industries are the basis for the development of the software and information technology services;(2)The electronic information manufacturing products in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei mainly flow into the electronic information industries,and the software and information technology service products mainly flow into the so ftware and information technology services and financial industries,with low penetration into other industries;(3)Beijing electronic information manufacturing industry is the pillar industry that supports the economic development of the three regions;(4)Tianjin electronic information manufacturing industry has an impact on regional economy mainly by pushing the economy of Beijing and Tianjin and promoting the economy of Tianjin;(5)Hebei electronic information manufacturing industry has a strong pulling effect on regional economy and a weak driving effect;(6)The impact of software and information technology services in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei on the regional economy is weak.
