Research On The Development Path Of Open Industries In Yanbian Korean Automomous Prefecture In The New Period

The strength of the country cannot be separated from its economic development,After 40 years of steady reform and development,China's economic development level has improved significantly,and its economic status in the world has been rising continuously.However,the development of regional economy is still unbalanced,especially in the border areas;the economic development is relatively backward.China's land border is 22,000 kilometers long;the border area has the characteristics of large area,long border area,many ethnic minorities and many neighboring countries.Therefore,the unique geographical location provides convenient conditions for trade between border areas and neighboring countries.Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture of Jilin Province(hereinafter referred to as Yanbian Prefecture)is a typical border ethnic area nearest to Korea.Although the Opening-up along the border has been implemented since 1992,and the experimental zone of Opening-up along the border has been established in 2010,the economy of the border areas has been steadily stabilized and achieved some results,but there is still a certain gap compared with the eastern coastal areas.In the new period,the state puts forward the idea of comprehensive and balanced development and building a well-off society in an all-round way.The key to comprehensive and balanced development lies in promoting the development of backward areas,including Yanbian minority areas.Based on this,this paper takes Yanbian open industry as the research object,and analyses how to promote economic development through the development of open industry.Yanbian Prefecture is an ethnic minority area along the border supported by China's key development.It enjoys various preferential policies such as the revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China,the development of the western region and the opening-up of the country along the border.It has laid a solid foundation for the industrial development and foreign cooperation of Yanbian Prefecture.Yanbian Prefecture has also made little achievements in frontier trade,economic cooperation zone,free trade zone and port construction.Further development is still needed to achieve balance.In addition,the external economic environment of Yanbian Prefecture has also changed in the new period,and its neighboring countries have begun to implement the policy of reform and opening up,which has brought new opportunities for the economic development of Yanbian Prefecture.This paper first analyses the feasibility of developing open industry in Yanbian Prefecture,and measures the development of open industry in Yanbian Prefecture by quantitative analysis.After measuring the three index systems of foreign trade dependence,pillar industry measurement standard and location entropy method,it is found that the overall foreign trade dependence of Yanbian Prefecture is not high.Mining,timber and grass products industries are the pillars of Yanbian Prefecture.Industry,but.the openness of these two industries is not high.Then it measures agriculture,mining and tourism by location entropy method.This method determines the degree of industrial agglomeration in Yanbian Prefecture.The higher the location entropy value,it.shows that this economic index has advantages.According to the location entropy method,the results show that the location entropy of agriculture in Yanbian is less than 1,and that of mining and tourism is more than 1.In conclusion,mining industry and tourism industry are open industries.Agriculture is not an open industry,but it has the potential to develop open industries.It is also found that there are still some problems in these industries,such as unreasonable utilization of resources,inadequate innovation,imperfect cooperation platform,inconsistency between industrial development and resources and environment.In view of these problems and the future development direction,some suggestions are put forward on the premise of environment and sustainable development,rational exploitation and utilization of resources and innovation,cooperation and opening-up.
