Research On Nickel Ore Product Purchasing Business Process Optimization Of Company C

China is a big demand country for laterite Nickel Ore Product.How to import Nickel Ore Product with high quality,high efficiency and reasonable cost has become the focus of the upstream and downstream enterprises in China's nickel industry.As the trade situation becomes more and more severe,the market competition becomes more and more fierce,and the profit of the company becomes thinner and thinner.How to maintain the competitiveness of the company in the Nickel Ore Product procurement business is an urgent problem for Company C.Firstly,this paper uses AMSE analysis method of process optimization theory to analyze the current situation of Nickel Ore Product purchasing business in Company C,and finds out the main problems in the process,including long purchasing cycle,low operating efficiency,poor quality of purchased goods and inadequate progress tracking.Secondly,the paper uses Fishbone Diagram to analyze the causes of the above problems,and summarizes four reasons,including excessive non-essential value-added activities,tedious necessary process procedures,lack of integration of supplier resources,and imperfect information system construction.Thirdly,according to ESIA analysis method,the paper designs the company's process optimization scheme,including:clearing unnecessary non-value-added activities;simplifying procedures to improve efficiency;integrating supplier resources;and automated information sharing platform.The process optimization was carried out in three aspects:implementation skills,supporting design and curing process.Finally,the effect of the optimization scheme is evaluated.For example,it finds that from the economic aspect,the procurement cycle is shortened,the procurement quality is improved,the procurement cost is reduced,and from the non-economic aspect,the cooperation with suppliers is strengthened,and the service satisfaction is improved.The research results of this paper have a certain reference significance for the integration of internal resources of domestic Nickel Ore Product procurement business and the acquisition of enterprise value-added.
