rental,it is necessary to compare the value elements provided by online short-term rental accommodation with traditional hotels,and explore the spatial distribution characteristics of online questionnaires,investigates the consumer value appeals of the online short-term rental market,conducts statistical analysis,and draws travel vacations,group gatherings,medical treatments,etc.The orientation of the value elements of online short-term rental housing under several different travel scenarios,through the comparison of the value elements with the positioning of several typical value elements in the traditional accommodation industry,constructs a preset model based on the consumer’s demand for the differential positioning of online short-rent housing value elements..Using web crawler technology,crawling real estate data on the ant short-term rental website,based on the spatial distribution theory,studying the spatial distribution characteristics of online short-term rental housing in Qingdao;further,evaluating the value factor indicators of the online listings.Using the methods of correlation analysis and regression analysis,the relationship between the value factor characteristics of the actual online short-term rental housing and the occupancy rate is explored,and the rationality of the preset model is tested and interpreted realistically.The results of addition,based on the spatial distribution theory,this study studies the value elements of short-term rental housing,and uses the geography ArcGIS Pro software to provide new ideas and new research
