| As the globalization of market and the refinement of business division develop,market competition has evolved from the competition between the enterprise into the competition between supply chains gradually.Using the appropriate operation strategy to keep the flexibility and efficiency is of great significance for different supply chain environment.Studying the supply chain operation under different ordering strategies is of the theoretical and application value.The main contents this paper studies are as follows.Firstly,the balance equations of each node is established,and then three kinds of ordering strategies which are fixed inventory control strategy,out of stock control strategy and the out of stock control strategy taking account of ordering point level and the demand from the next node are used,and then the delivering strategy is given.The three-level supply chain model is established by Simulink.Raw material’s ordering strategy and production rule of the plant is determined.When the retailer and the distribution center use different ordering strategy,we can find out the optimal strategy combinations through the simulation according to the results,such as the total cost,delivering product rate,shortage proportion for certain customer demand.Then the model is established when the period of ordering and delivering goods or the delivering strategy is changed,and the impact that different ordering strategy leads to is compared.Secondly,taking account of the supply chain’s ordering lead time,the APIOBPCS strategy is applied.The strategy’s model and the supply chain’s model are established respectively by Simulink.The influence is analyzed when the ordering lead time of the retailer and the distribution center change.Thirdly,the effects when using APIOBPCS ordering strategy and the smoothing coefficient changes under the uncertain customer demand are analyzed.Two experiments shows that when the coefficient’ value range is(0.5,0.9),the good effect can be get.Lastly,the supply chain taking account of the constraints under the uncertain customer demand is studied.The one-level and second-level supply chain is established,and then the model predictive control algorithm is applied to the operating process.It can not only meet customer’s demand with a better satisfaction,but also keep the inventory at a good level.Two experiments prove that this algorithm is effective. |
