At present, with the progress of science and technology, market competition intensifies, more and more products (such as:electronic products, personal computers and high-end clothing and other products) speed up the upgrading, product life cycle becomes shorter and shorter. Clothing products of short life cycle product:market demand change range is big and fast, unable to accurately predict; often have higher margins profit. But in the market it is easy to imitate by the competitor and competitive advantage is reduced, resulting in a marginal profit drops; product substitution is strong. These product characteristics lead to the present structure of product supply chain of short, single retailer often orders to many manufacturers, order lead time becomes long, cycle selling is short, product sales prices declined fast, etc.According to the clothing product supply chain characteristics, based on the clothing products that can be completely replaced, multiple manufacturers and single retailer two level clothing products supply chain as the research object, under stochastic demands, from the retailer’s profit and the manufacturer’s profit point of view, analyzed the improvement of ordering strategy and the coordination strategy of supply chain between upstream and downstream enterprises for supply chain profit impact. Firstly analyzed the retailer start the two stage ordering before sale season, as well as problems in circumstances of the traditional ordering strategy of manufacturer. Further improved that retailer delay the second order phase from the start of sale season to the late stage of sale season, namely:before the sale season retailer ordered from manufacturers according to the market demand forecast, then, the manufacturer production cycle is longer, with relatively low wholesale price to complete orders. When the season is about to end, if the actual demand exceeds the initial orders to manufacturers, retailers immediately start the second stage order, and each manufacturer correspondingly to start the second stage production. Due to the production of the sharp shortening of the period, the manufacturer will improve the wholesale price to complete orders. Lastly, according to different profit conflict result from the production strategy and ordering strategies between retailers and manufacturers, coordinated supply chain systems by means of integration of the flexible number strategy and revenue sharing coordinating strategy to achieve maximum profit. Simulation analysis the model in the MATLAB environment, to validate the conclusion.
