With the rapid development of cloud computing and Internet technology,marketing based on big data technology will become a new marketing model.In the field of data,the communication network is the main channel for data transmission,telecom operators have access to data in the innate superiority,if operators can be their own data resources were collected and analyzed,it will form a detailed data information of each user.And how to make use of these valuable data resources,make more accurate marketing strategy,improve enterprise efficiency,has become the problem that the telecom operators can not be avoided,but also the focus of the study.Based on this background,the author takes Shenyang Telecom Company as an example,through the combination of theory and practice to carry out the research of this paper.First,it analyses the big data technology and development trend of the communication market.And combined with currently Shenyang telecom enterprise operation situation of the telecommunications industry to demand and competition analysis,summarizes the problems existing in the current marketing.Subsequently,based on the data of the communications market segments,and clear market positioning,further combined with 7PS services marketing theory put forward the corresponding user maintain marketing strategy and the implementation of the key points,so as to achieve the ultimate in promoting the goal of expanding big company scope of business and income level under the premise of user satisfaction.I hope this paper can provide some reference and inspiration for the marketing management of Shenyang Telecom and other telecom operators to promote its marketing and development.
