With the rapid development of e-commerce,the frequent emergence of major shopping platforms has not only changed people's consumption concepts,but also changed people's consumption patterns.In 2014,the "net red effect" swarmed and gradually formed a new business model,namely,the network red e-commerce.According to the official data of Alibaba in 2017,the goods and stores associated with the top 50 red people on Taobao are concentrated in the clothing industry.With women's clothing as the representative,they have become the first stop for the net red to enter the e-commerce platform.With the rapid development of the Internet,online shopping has become one of the main ways people consume.Nowadays,the network red e-commerce has become the mainstream mode of Taobao clothing sales.While it is booming,various problems have also come one after another.This paper investigates the sales situation of clothing-based net red stores,and finds that more than 95%of the stores have "clearance" and "discount" phenomenon.The inventory backlog has become a concern for the current clothing network red e-commerce and should be resolved as soon as possible.problem.In order to find the root cause of the inventory backlog of clothing network red e-commerce inventory,this paper selects 25 clothing network red e-commerce as the research object based on 6 indicators,and the sales volume,inventory quantity and replenishment quantity of net red e-commerce.During the one-month continuous tracking,it was found that most of the online red e-commerce companies used "pre-sale" as the main sales method.Before the official sales,the pre-sale batches and replenishment quantities of the products were predicted in advance,once the goods were sold.When the sales start formally,the consumer can judge Which batch of goods to purchase based on the stock quantity of each batch.Through the analysis of the sales process of the net red e-commerce and the sample data collected,it is found that there are two main reasons for the inventory backlog of the clothing network red e-commerce.First,it lacks a scientific and reasonable inventory replenishment strategy;It is unavoidable for consumers to return their goods under the online shopping environment.The existing replenishment method of the net red e-commerce is to predict the replenishment volume of the entire sales period according to the purchase amount or the collection amount of the consumer,and use this as a basis to arrange the replenishment amount of each batch in advance.However,due to many unknown things in the sales process,such as the return behavior of consumers,cancellation of order behavior,etc.,the existing method of predicting replenishment is very inadequate.The lack of a good inventory management strategy is undoubtedly a "time bomb"for clothing network red e-commerce,and even a fatal blow to their operations.In addition,the survey data shows that more than 95%of the clothing network red e-commerce return rate is higher than the industry.average,so that the consumer's return behavior for the network red e-commerce frequently occurs,and a large number of return behavior is not only It will affect the actual inventory of the network red e-commerce,and will also have a great impact on its replenishment decisions.Therefore,under the premise of considering the return behavior,constructing a scientific and reasonable inventory replenishment model is very important for the development of net red e-commerce.Therefore,based on the inventory control theory and the pull-in replenishment theory,this paper takes into account the consumer's return behavior when constructing the inventory replenishment model of the clothing network red e-commerce,and uses the daily average demand of consumers to dynamically adjust the replenishment.Decision-making,replacing the clothing network red e-commerce to predict the way of replenishment according to the purchase or collection.Finally,the dynamic inventory management model constructed in this paper is compared with the relevant performance indicators under the existing inventory management model by numerical verification.The results show that the pull replenishment inventory management model constructed in this paper is in the timing and quantity,of replenishment and consumers.The waiting time,the total shortage and the end-of-month inventory are all better than the corresponding indicators in the existing model,which verifies the effectiveness of the pull replenishment inventory management model constructed in this paper,and also reflects the research of this paper.It is meaningful.
