| With the acceleration of urbanization,city is becoming more and more important to human production and life.It brings people higher production efficiency,more convenient living conditions,richer cultural activities,and constantly satisfying people’s longing for a better life.The continuous improvement of people’s pursuit of a better life has also prompted the city to accelerate the pace of construction.Amenity is becoming more and more prominent in the city competition.Every city in our country is gradually aware of its importance.However,there are certain differences in natural endowments,so the construction process and the future development direction of urban amenity will be different too.The practical significance of urban comfort evaluation based on regional natural endowment differenceis to propose different suggestions for different natural endowments from the perspective of natural endowments in various cities,and to provide a way for various cities to meet their actual conditions.At the same time,through understanding the current state of construction and characteristics of urban amenity in China,it can provide a basic assessment result for relevant departments and relevant policy makers,and encourage some cities to improve the level of comfort construction.In this paper,cluster analysis,principal component analysis and entropy weight method are used.35 major cities in China are selected as samples in the research.Based on the in-depth discussion of the connotation of urban amenity and natural endowment,combined with relevant theories and previous research results,cluster analysis was used in the process of urban classification based on regional natural endowment to divide the 35 cities into three types according to the natural endowment differences.After setting up the evaluation index system of urban comfort,the principal component analysis is carried out on the four levels of the index system,and then the entropy weight method is used to empower the extracted principal components.Finally,we use the comprehensive weighted average method to find the comprehensive scores and rankings of various cities.Then the calculation results are analyzed,and in the fifth chapter,the corresponding comfort construction opinions are proposed for the three types of cities,providing a reasonable and effective development path for cities with different natural endowments.Through the study,The first type of cities need to formulate and strictly enforce laws and regulations on pollutant discharge,to adhere to the strategy of invigorating the country through science and education,to strengthen the construction and management of urban infrastructure,to increase employment opportunities.The second type of cities need to focus on improving the urban medical environment,adjusting the industrial structure,promoting the normalization of leisure,enhancing the city’s openness and inclusiveness.The third type of cities should encourage the introduction of green industries and the development of green products,strengthen the construction of transport and communication facilities,through publicity and education for the city to build a good social atmosphere.Based on the research and analysis of the above four chapters,this paper summarizes and draws conclusions in the last chapter,which are simply as follows.First,the balanced development of the city can effectively improve the urban amenity level.Second,no matter how the natural endowment of the city,the development environment has a great influence on the urban amenity.Third,the urban amenity development path of different natural endowments is different.The research on urban amenity evaluation at home and abroad is not uncommon.Although this study is based on this,but in terms of concept interpretation and evaluation methods,rectification was carried out respectively.First,in the interpretation of the concept of urban comfort,this article does not continue the views of predecessors,but redefines the comfort of the city from the point of view of the amenity of the people.Secondly,in the previous evaluation of urban comfort,the evaluation results are often based on the overall comfort level of the city,and the various subjective and objective indicators that may affect the comfort of the city are mixed in the index system.In this paper,the objective natural endowment is selected as the benchmark for urban classification,and the urban comfort evaluation method is innovated,and the comfort evaluation of different types of cities is carried out respectively,and the corresponding improvement path is given. |
