Joint-stock commercial Banks play an important role in China's financial system and play an indelible role in China's economic development.With China's marketization refor m gradually thorough,the shareholding commercial Banks in China are faced with both the original competition for the big four state-owned commercial Banks,is facing the challeng e of foreign Banks,the analysis of factors influencing the competitiveness of Chinese jointstock commercial Banks,building the appraisal model of the competitiveness of Chinese jo int-stock commercial Banks,the promotion of the core competitiveness of the joint-stock c ommercial Banks in China has become an urgent need to solve the problem.Aiming at the current situation of weak competitiveness of joint-stock commercial Ba nks in China,this paper adopts the qualitative research method to analyze the internal and e xternal factors influencing the competitiveness of joint-stock commercial Banks in China.On this basis,adopt the method of quantitative research,on the joint-stock commercial Ban ks competitiveness related theory,based on the profitability,safety,liquidity,innovation ab ility,management ability,potential six dimensions,selecting the evaluation index of compe titiveness of Chinese joint-stock commercial Banks,using the analytic hierarchy process(a hp)to determine the index weight,and build the evaluation model to calculate the competit iveness of Chinese joint-stock commercial Banks;Finally adopts the method of case study,with guangdong development bank as the research object,analyses the competitiveness of guangdong development bank,points out the competitive advantages and disadvantages of guangdong development bank,and in view of the guangdong development bank,in the cas e of six competitiveness,from policy,corporate governance,risk control,intermediate busi ness,product innovation and the development of science and technology innovation etc.Pu t forward the corresponding Suggestions.This paper build a joint-stock commercial bank co mpetitiveness evaluation index system,to a more complete further reveal the composition of the joint-stock commercial bank competitiveness,to enhance the competitiveness of the joint-stock commercial Banks provided for operating method,and the state-owned commer cial Banks to raise their comprehensive competitiveness also has the corresponding reference value,to suggest the competitiveness of guangdong development bank,also can be used as a guide the practice of the entire banking industry development in our country,to better promote the bank competitiveness of reference.
