Research On The Structural Reform Path Of The Agricultural Supply Side In Qianjiang District

"Agriculture is the base of the solid." At present,agriculture has a phase of oversupply and insufficient supply,and the main contradiction has changed from total shortage to structural contradiction.To deal with this contradiction,of October 2016,the State Council issued the "national agricultural modernization plan" proposed,"to improve the quality and efficiency and competitiveness as the center,to the side of structural reforms to boost agricultural supply as the main line,with various forms of moderate scale management for the lead,accelerate the transformation of agricultural development,the construction of modern agricultural industrial system,production system and operating system." In Document No.1 issued by the central government in 2017,the goal of increasing farmers' income and ensuring effective supply was clearly stated.In the poverty-stricken areas in southwest mountainous area economy as the main feature of the face of the fragile ecological environment,land resources development and utilization of resources endowment difficult reality,more need to grasp the supply side structural reform policy opportunity,cope with the real challenge,speeding up the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure.In addition,the existing literature shows that the scholars from the supply side of agriculture related issues is still less,this paper is the research on the path of agricultural supply side in poor areas in the background-Wuling mountains region of Qianjiang based on structural reform,which has strong theoretical and practical value.Based on the related theory,agricultural supply side structural reform of industrial development theory and supply induced demand and induced innovation theory as the basis,using literature review,field investigation and research,the static dynamic historical and logical analysis method,first analysis of agricultural supply side structural reform combing Qianjiang district development status,find the problems,then the supply of science,industry organization development theory based on the principle of relativity,a profound summary of existing agricultural supply in Qianjiang area side structural reform problems,analyze the reasons the problem,and combining domestic and foreign relevant experience of agricultural supply side structural reform,combined with the specific situation of the specific path of agricultural development in Qianjiang district to promote agricultural supply side structural reform.
