Microblogging started in year 2010 in our country,while microblogging marketing occurred in the year of 2011,that is,the year of 2011 is the explosion point of the microblogging marketing,so,the famous websites tried their best to support microblog,then it became an important tool of enterprises to attract their potential customers,this article choose a real estate company which is running for more than 5 years in JiangXi province as a case,make a summarize and analysis of the current situation and the problem exist in the Microblogging of the real estate,combining with the analysis of the case,the author provide some strategy which may be useful.Microblogging of the real estate provide a platform for developers to find their potential customers,also offer a chance to spread their brand influence,especially for the real estate which does not reach the level of the large company,through the method of interaction of the readers,we can touch the goal of the marketing of the brand and products,after the survey of the case,the author finds that,the marketing of the real estate does not popular in the area,they regards it just as a assistant of the traditional marketing,spend less on it,there are some problems here:blindness of the announcement of the Microblog,the lack of the new in the form and content,the unsure of the goal,few interaction with the readers,blindness of the activities,high expectation.Above the problems,the author offer some strategies which will be helpful.First,the fans are the very important factor of the strategy,it is the must.second,the company must have the whole process of the tactics which can help the enterprise to operate the Microblogging,which is a longtime marketing behave,thirdly,the build of the content is very important,too,forth,the service is also necessary here,fifth,build a perfect mechanism which can eliminate the bad influence and bring much benefit to the enterprise.The enterprise of A is a company of real estate for more than 10 years,we study on the microblogging marketing of it,which broke the restriction of the local area of real estate,they want to reap something from the microblogging marketing to enhance the company,catch their potential great consumers,make their sales up to the higher level.Microblogging marketing is an new way to marketing,which is applied in many areas,but the area of real estate do not very good,through this study,we analyze,and then make some improvements,there are still many obstacles we need to face and resolve,so we should do more and explore more to search a reasonable way that can help the area of the real estate to reach their ambitions and goals.I start this study aiming at assistant the enterprises that want to be stronger with the microblogging marketing.
