After decades of development,the real estate industry has become one of the pillar industries of China's national economy.In recent years,with the continuous rising of the real estate market,the price of housing in most of China's cities has been rising obviously,and the government has also formulated a number of regulation policies for the real estate industry.The macro-control of the real estate industry has caused the housing prices to be suppressed and eased,and the profit margins of the real estate enterprises have been further compressed and reduced.With the impact of the international financial crisis and the shrinking of the rising space in China's domestic real estate market,more and more enterprises have begun to find other channels to increase the survival and competition of the real estate enterprises,The promotion of competitive pressure in the industry has made the cost of the external operation of the company an important area of concern,which makes the tax planning more and more attention to the Real Estate Company.so the tax planning is becoming a required course for the real estate enterprises.In this context,with the help of the relevant theories of tax planning and tax planning risk management,based on the business process and tax planning of the ZH Real Estate Company,the tax planning risk of the company is systematically studied.First of all,a comprehensive overview of the related theories of tax planning risk and tax planning risk management is made.Secondly,the current operation of ZH Real Estate Company is briefly introduced,and the ZH real estate development enterprise is the main body of the research,and the ZH Real Estate Company is respectively analyzed in the preparation,development,construction and sales transactions.In order to preserve the representative tax planning scheme in the operation stage,the possible tax planning risk of each tax planning scheme is analyzed,and then the causes of the ZH Real Estate Company tax planning risk are explored and analyzed.Finally,based on the risk analysis of the ZH tax planning,the paper puts forward the difference.Tax planning risk control and preventive measures.It is hoped that this study will help ZH Real Estate Company improve the ability to recognize,analyze and avoid the risk of tax planning during the tax planning at various stages of operation,and can carry out effective tax planning.At the same time,I hope this article can provide some reference and help for other real estate enterprises in tax planning.
