With the rapid development of logistics industry,many traditional enterprises in China consume a lot of costs in information management,warehousing,distribution and other links.While the demographic dividend is gradually disappearing,the profit is also gradually decreasing.Nowadays,many logistics and distribution enterprises have gradually begun to use some information means to optimize the distribution activities,but there are still many problems,such as: high cost of distribution,low efficiency of distribution,waste of distribution resources and low quality of distribution services caused by it and so on.Unscientific or experience-oriented logistics and distribution activities limit the overall development of enterprises from the end of the supply chain.Therefore,this paper aims at the actual situation of goods distribution enterprises to carry out a study on the joint optimization of loading.Firstly,studies are started on the theories related to Vehicle Filling Problem(VFP)and Vehicle Routing Problem(VRP).Aiming at the characteristics of mutual influence and restriction between the two problems,the key points of combining them are explored theoretically by referring to a large number of literatures.Secondly,according to the components of the two major problems,combined with the constraint factors in the actual distribution activities,from the three aspects of objective function,constraint conditions and mathematical model,the three-dimensional loading model of multi-vehicle and multi-object is established.Then,according to the loading combination optimization model is established,a genetic algorithm(ga)as the main algorithm,and then from the initialization,vehicle loading,path optimization operation,fitness computing algorithm,genetic operation and termination of the operation and so on six big modules of automatic screening model,we design a can joint optimization of vehicle load and improved genetic algorithm model of vehicle routing choice;Finally,taking a warehousing logistics distribution center as an example to verify the actual distribution data,through the analysis found that this algorithm model of the distribution of solutions in delivery vehicle number,distribution vehicle averagetotal cost of the total distance,distribution and distribution space utilization and so on various aspects are better than the actual project,showed that the reliability of the model and algorithm.
