With the development of economy and the propulsion of global economic integration, the allocation of resources around the word has become a reality, the importance of logistics is becoming more and more significant. Distribution is also becoming more and more important.as the two core issues in the distribution,Vehicle Problem and Vehicle Routing Problem have become research hotspot.In this article, they will be considered together,the combination of the two problem will be studied on the purpose of optimizing the two problems at the same time. There are four research emphases in this paper:(1)Bulding improved integrated model;(2) Introducing the cost analysis, transforming the dimensional of multi-target into single objective;(3)Designing solving algorithm;(4)Verifying the effectiveness and practicability of the model and the algorithm through the project of YIJIA distribution center.Firstly,this paper summarized overseas and domestic research status of VFP,VRP and VRP&VFP problem,and simply analyzed related theories about these problems.Secondly,this paper selected the models of VFP and VRP which are needed to be integrated,on these basises,then builded the VFP&VRP combination model through the integration of related parameters and variables,as well as the improvement of the objective function and constraint conditions.Considering the complexity of soving the model, introducing the cost analysis, transforming the dimensional of multi-target into single objective to simplify the sovling,Then,this paper designed the improved genetic algorithm to solve the model.Lastly, Verifying the effectiveness and practicability of the model and the algorithm through the project of YiJia distribution center,selected thirty stores of Hong Qi Chain which are distributed directly by YiJia distribution center,compared the optimized distribution plan with its current distribution plan, which indicated the optimized plan decreased the occupancy of vehicle,reduced the travel distance of vehicle,and improved the use ratio of load and volume of the cargo,thus reduced the distribution cost.Therefore,the optimized plan is a reasonable plan.However,as for the choose of the VFP model and VRP models,if the loading process and other expanding VRP were considered,whether they could be used to be combination or not,which should be researched further. |
