Internal control is a kind of system arrangement of self perfection and self restriction.With the development of modern social economy,it plays a more and more important role in the management of modern enterprise.The internal control design is reasonable and effective,is directly related to many important issues the management level of the enterprise itself and the ability of risk prevention,is a very important link in the production of enterprises,directly affect the enterprise in the market competition success or failure.Military enterprise is an important part of the national economy,which has its own unique characteristics in the operation system,organization structure,management mode,market competition mechanism and the ability to resist risks.Therefore,China's military enterprises should be based on the theory of internal control,at the same time to combine their own characteristics and actual situation,to establish and improve the internal control application of military enterprises in china.This paper focuses on the internal control of domestic and international relevant theory as a starting point for research,and basic research achievements at home and abroad on the combination of China's military enterprises with the characteristics of the industry,S military enterprise as the case,using the research methods of theoretical analysis and questionnaire,the internal control construction of S military enterprises overall situation.First,the relevant theory and research results of internal control are described and analyzed,which lay the theoretical foundation for this paper and case analysis.Secondly,analysis and evaluation of the internal control of the S military enterprises,and through the questionnaire,the way of information research,analysis of the S military enterprise internal control problems.Again,from the control environment,risk assessment mechanisms,control mechanisms,communication,supervision and incentive five aspects of the S military enterprises to explore the improvement of internal control measures.
