The Study On Performance Evaluation Of Industrial And Commercial Bank Of China Dong Xinjie Sub-branch

With the deepening of the reformation of national finance systems as well as the fierceness of market competition,especially after China joined WTO,existing internal management of national business banks are not able to satisfy the demands of the increasingly fierce market competition.In order to improve the benefit situation,our national business banks are required to establish an efficient internal management mechanism Department,and bank outlet Divided Performance Evaluation Mechanism.In recent years,many good methods have been proposed by the author in the Performance Evaluation of Commercial Banks circle,of which the leading position is occupied by the Balanced Scorecard,Key Performance Indicator and Economic Value Added.On the basis of the methods above,combining with the Dong Xin sub-branch of ICBC cases,this paper established the responsibility performance evaluation system of sub-branch from the performance evaluation of department and bank outlet two aspects respectively.There are six chapters altogether.The First part is the introduction that includes the background,research actuality,realistic meaning and the framework.The second part is the summary of the theory on the performance evaluation about commercial banks and the popular methods in the theoretical circle.The third part introduced the situation and problem analysis of Dong Xin sub-branch.The fourth part introduced the foundations of the performance about the national commercial banks.The fifth part established the performance evaluation system of department and bank outlet on the basis of responsibility performance evaluation respectively,which provides a theoretic foundation for the case analysis.The sixth part implemented the performance evaluation of department and bank outlet on the guidance of theoretical system above,and proposed the improvement and suggestion according to the analysis results at last.
