With the speeding up of economic globalization and informatization,the modern logistics industry has a rapid development of our country in recent years.At present logistics industry in our country has diversified patterns and has more tense competition.Firstly,foreign multinational companies establish foreign logistics companies in the form of joint ventures or wholly owned by foreigners to provide more comprehensive services for the production,sales,purchase and other logistics activities.Secondly,new professional logistics service enterprises established by private logistics enterprise according to the modern logistics concept and operation mode has become the most dynamic power in the logistics market;Thirdly,state-owned enterprises with traditional transportation,freight forwarding,storage and wholesale are still the main force in logistics market.The multiple structure makes the pattern of the logistics industry in China has formed a fierce competition.The start point to analyze and study the development strategies of ZH stock company Xi'an branch is how to solve the existing problems of logistics enterprise to how to seize the development opportunities in order to promote the better development of logistics enterprises.This paper first reviews the related researches of domestic and foreign strategic management theories,expounds the development situation of logistics enterprises and ZH stock company Xi'an branch,with the strategic management theory as the basis,accesses to information,designs the questionnaire,interviews,opens the exhibition research and analysis,with the help of EFE,IFE matrix comprehensive system analysis of ZH stock company Xi'an branch internal and external environment,clears the opportunities,threats and advantage and disadvantage factors,finally through the strategic use of SWOT matrix analysis,it chooses the suitable development strategy of ZH stock company Xi'an branch.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the development strategy,it puts forward the measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy.
