At present,aquatic products enterprises have gradually realized the need to accelerate the enterprises development and increase the aquatic products sales as the goals of marketing development in the regional economic development.In the process of marketing development of aquatic products enterprises,they will inevitably present some situations.There must be some main problems hindering the marketing development in the current situations and minor problems also exist in it.How to identify the problems associated with the aquatic products marketing has become the keys.Through in-depth research to the case on aquatic products marketing situations of Honghu H aquatic products company,we will discover the main problems after discussed the situations,and solve the main problems.The situations are elaborated in five main aspects of marketing from H aquatic products company in details in this paper,respectively for H company's overall marketing situations,the aquatic product brand development status,the situations of new marketing application,the development of marketing channels,the development plans and design conditions.Such as a case study from the five aspects and carries on the thorough analysis,and then find the main problems behind these aspects and the problems are discussed deeply,then identify the deeper reasons of these problems,and the reasons are analyzed in order to clarify these factors how to influence the marketing development of H aquatic products enterprise,it also provides the objective basis for the final measures.Finally in combination with the application of measures study,summary some measures to deal with problems,the SWOT analysis method is applied to it.And according to the case study from the current situations to the problems,then from the problems to reasons,finally formulate strategies and measures to solve the main problems combining with the problems and reasons,so as to provide the best marketing development decisions for H aquatic products enterprise,to provide decision support for enterprise marketing development.Through this case study I think,aquatic products enterprise need update the marketing concepts from the marketing development,construct excellent marketing team and implement the best marketing plans,pay attention to the combination of brand marketing and regional culture to promote the brand construction,speed up the application of information technology and the internet marketing,combined with a variety of channels expanding modes to expand sales of aquatic products,construct enterprise strategies of marketing development to promote enterprise development and innovation,to solve the problems with the measures in the marketing development of aquatic products enterprise.With the support of government policies and regulations,the improvement of commercial environment and the application of more sales platforms,the marketing development of aquatic products enterprise will be innovative.
