The Difference Of Land Intensive Use Behaviors Of Farmers With Different Land Scale

In recent years,the academic circles pay more and more attention to the intensive utilization of agricultural land.Depending on the development results of urbanization and industrialization,with the gradual improvement of the agricultural land circulation policy,many kinds of management methods have appeared in the form of land use in China,and the development of scale management.However,there may exist different intensive land use behaviors in the operation process of different land scale operators.To what extent does the land management organization form of different land scale in China evolve? What are the different behaviors of land intensive land use by these different scale households? What is the impact of these differences? How should we guide the big farmers to take the road of sustainable land use? For these new problems,little attention has been paid to the existing research,and few achievements have been reported.Therefore,based on the survey of the literature at home and abroad,based on the survey data of 24 villages and 891 rural households in 6 counties(cities)of Jianghan Plain in Hubei Province,on the basis of the classification of farmers' types,the differences in the behavior target,the input factors,the influence factors and the land of the land intensive land use for different scale farmers,and the influence factors of the behavior difference and the land The comparison is made with the difference of efficiency and so on.The final results are as follows:(1)The number of "non-agricultural farmers" and "non grain farmers" in the study area increased,more than 1/10 farmers no longer carry out grain production,the number of small farmers is still more,but grain production is only to meet their own food,middle and large farmers have become the main management organization of the research area.(2)The total amount of land collection of large farmers is the highest,the number of agricultural employment labor is the most,the quality is the highest,the land management is in the stage of scale economy,the scale of land is still enlarged,but the factors of chemical fertilizer and pesticide are over intensive.Excessive investment in pesticides and chemical fertilizers will cause land consolidation,water pollution,grain quality and other problems,endangering food security and ecological security,and should pay great attention to it.(3)The factors that affect the land intensive use of small farmers are the proportion of land lease,the size of the field(land),the target of grain production and the cultural degree of the agricultural employment.The main factors affecting the intensive land use behavior of the farmers are the cost of land lease,the scale of farmland management,the size of the field(land),and the influence of the large farmers' soil.The main factors of intensive use of land are the scale of farming land,the size of the field(land),the income of agricultural production,the age of the agricultural employment population and the cultural degree of the agricultural employment population.(4)In terms of labor productivity,land productivity or grain commodity rate,the largest farmers are the highest in the three types of households.The main body of regional grain production began to turn to the family of minority farmers.The selfsufficient production mode of "traditional small farmers" has begun to gradually withdraw from the agricultural production stage,and the middle and large farmers have become the main source of commodity grain.
