The State Council issued guidance for promoting cooperation in international capacity and equipment manufacturing in 2015 which indicates light spinning is one of the key productivity cooperation industries.Although some textile enterprises have begun to "go global" to achieve the global allocation of resources. However, the problem of excess capacity still needs to be solved. This paper is intended to analyze the degree and influencing factors of the textile industry in Southeast Asia and South Asia countries.By the research,we try to find out the countries that can be first friendly carry out the cooperation of textile production capacity in the future.Meanwhile,we try to give the relevant policy suggestions according to the size of the factors. This paper first combed the existing literature, including the theory of industrial agglomeration, the empirical of industrial agglomeration and the factors affecting industrial agglomeration, and analyzed the development status and concentration of textile industry in South and South Asia countries of Southeast Asia.On this basis,we first test the global spatial correlation and local spatial correlation in Southeast Asia and South Asia textile industry, then use Spatial Lag and Spatial Error model to analyze the related factors that affect the textile industry agglomeration. Finally, according to the empirical results, the Chinese textile industry is "going out" in South and South Asia countries in Southeast Asia with the relevant opinions and suggestions. The result of empirical analysis shows that because of the different development of textile industry between countries and countries, the textile industry has obvious regional characteristics in spatial agglomeration. There are obvious positive spatial autocorrelation in the textile agglomeration of Southeast Asia and South Asia countries, which are mainly shown in the countries with high(low)concentration(low)and high(low)countries approaching each other, showing H-H and L-L,indicating that the imbalance of the development of textile industry in various countries still exists. In recent years, the textile industry concentration of South and South Asia countries in Southeast Asia has shown an upward trend, and the overall distribution pattern has not changed much. The core of textile industry in Southeast and South Asian countries mainly concentrated in Pakistan,Bangladesh and India, and the core status of these countries has not been replaced by other countries in recent years. The regional characteristics of the textile industry in South Asian countries are more obvious than the time characteristics. The difference of country's differences on the agglomeration of textile industry is stronger than the influence of time or economic fluctuation.Among the seven factors that affect the agglomeration of textile industry, the most important factors that affect the textile industry are the two factors related to the industry support and the average scale.
