Farmers of different social and economic groups in the agricultural market circulation market need to match a variety of different markets to match the socio-economic development of different types and locations. Therefore, there are often a series of farmland circulations with different characteristics within different regions.Markets, and these land circulation markets have a unique land circulation space and structure. The spatial structure of each agricultural land circulation market is also affected by the micro-decision-making body – the behavior of farmers, and the farmers’ wishes and behaviors have an impact on the circulation of agricultural land and also constitute the spatial structure of agricultural land circulation. Therefore,it is of great significance to study what kind of spatial distribution structure the farmer household has formed in the circulation of agricultural land, and what factors are affected by these structures. This paper firstly reviews the current research status of agricultural land circulation through literature review, investigates and analyzes the social spatial distribution of rural farmland circulation in Guizhou and its influencing factors, and proposes relevant suggestions for the empirical results. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: First,in the three Hui village, there are four types of social spatial distribution of land transfers: farmers-farmers,farmers-farmers-village committee,farmers-farmers-other villagers or enterprises,farmers-farmers-village committee-other villagers or enterprises.Second,in different social distance, the farmers’ land transfers space will form different distribution that the farther between the farmers and the transfer objects, the less conducive to connecting with other farmers.Third, the influence factors of the social spatial distribution of the farmers’ farmland transfer from the inflow aspect, the health status of the household head, average family income, trust degree and reputation degree have an impact on the social spatial distribution of the farmland transfer.Fourth, from the point of view of outflow, the age of the household head, the education level of the household head, average family income, the time of outgoing, the group of objects, trust degree andreputation degree all have an impact on the social spatial distribution of the rural land transfer. Finally, based on the conclusions and findings above,I propose specific policy recommendations. |
