As the air material is the necessary spare parts for the daily maintenance and maintenance of the aircraft,the purchase of spare parts is an important factor for the safe operation of the aircraft.The purchase and management of air material is the basic link of the airline to ensure the production and operation.How to guarantee the quality,quantity,and timely and efficiently complete the work of air material procurement is very important to ensure the safe flight of the aircraft.The purpose of the research on aviation material procurement management is to combine with the development of the company on the basis of theory and find out a suitable aviation material procurement management system for enterprises.First of all,through the discussion of literature theory,establish the theoretical foundation of this article,and then discusses the existing procurement management system Jinhui,is simple and extensive management,and focus on the graphic description of the procurement management problems,such as the procurement process long,multi node,inventory replenishment forecast,warehouse construction of China Aviation uneven allocation of daily goods for serious security inventory is floating on the surface,in the management of the suppliers supplier fuzzy classification,single supplier relationship,supplier evaluation by Purchaser subjective evaluation.Secondly,we goods with large storage capacity can be allocated daily at all bases,without frequent allocation,resulting in high logistics cost.By analyzing the large inventory data,the cost of spare parts can be reduced through vendor inventory.Through ABC classification +KRALJIC matrix method,we establish a supplier relationship maintenance model,establish a truly effective supplier relationship management system,classify management for different types of suppliers,and effectively improve the efficiency of supplier management.Through AHP and expert judgement,a matrix model of supplier evaluation is established,and the weight of 6 elements in supplier performance evaluation is determined to improve the reliability and practicability of supplier performance evaluation management.With the model of supplier performance evaluation index weight has been determined in the judgment by experts,simulation and analysis of supplier excellent good qualified and unqualified enterprises to establish their own classification,excellent,good,qualified and unqualified standard,and according to the measures 21 units of the evaluation results after the design of supplier evaluation.In order to determine the efficiency of optimization,a case study is simulated by studying the supplier inventory under strategic supplier relationship.The results show that the optimization of optimization measures is effective and the efficiency of enterprises can be reduced.In order to ensure the effective implementation of the scheme,plan implementation,need to strengthen the management of the company in the the production management system of the asset management;Four by combing the warehouse of spare parts,set up the supplier inventory and material sharing circle,improve the channels on the spare parts,and the whole market AW material integration reserves;fifth strengthen procurement team and personnel management,procurement team in the decomposition of the annual target,cultivate learning atmosphere,strengthen professional training of procurement staff can be improved team management;sixth to strengthen the organizational process assets management,perfecting the history document archiving and data statistics,more reliable data support for the reliability data of helicopter.Finally to summarize,analysis due to lack of the defects in the professional study,through data analysis,establish mathematical model,and finally determine the procurement process is simplified,the establishment of horizontal and vertical communication communication mechanism,on-line production management system.Through the demand forecast model,the demand purchase of conventional air material is set up,and the shortage of common parts is avoided,and the safe stock is set up reasonably.By establishing the weight of supplier performance evaluation and supplier relationship classification matrix,and classifying the supplier evaluation results,we establish a long-term supplier management mechanism with target and continuously improve supplier management.Through the analysis of the full text,the concept of full management of the management of air material procurement is
