With the development of China's economy,high-tech enterprises have played a pivotal role in the national economy and are also facing unprecedented challenges.With innovation-driven high technology,the competition of enterprises is actually talented people.As the source of high-tech enterprise technological innovation and its driving force for development,R&D personnel are the core human capital of high-tech enterprises.Therefore,how to effectively manage talents for R&D personnel is the key to high-tech enterprises achieving sustainable development.As an important part of human resources management,performance management is an effective management tool for enterprises to achieve their strategic goals,and it is also an important lever to promote the effectiveness of incentives.To establish effective performance management according to local conditions,select,train,and retain those teams and individuals that can create high-performance,can the high-tech enterprises maintain their advantages in the competition.This article takes the high-tech R&D type company HT as the research object,combines the performance management status of HT company,analyzes the performance management system of the company's R&D team,and conducts research on all R&D personnel of the R&D department using questionnaires and interviews.The problems faced by HT company's performance management are analyzed and the reasons are analyzed.Then,based on the status quo of HT company and the characteristics of R&D type companies,the performance management system for HT company is redesigned,and the implementation of this performance management system is proposed.Protection and hope to solve the problem of performance management faced by HT Company,further play the role of performance management,and promote the sustainable and stable development of HT Company.It is also hoped that the research on the performance management of high-tech enterprises represented by HT Company can provide inspiration and assistance to the development of performance management of other high-tech enterprises.
