| Since the beginning of the middle of 80 s of last century,China has made great achievements in poverty alleviation,after nearly 40 years of poverty alleviation work.In 2013,the state proposed the concept of "precision poverty alleviation" for the first time,followed by poverty alleviation work in all parts of the country,and precision poverty alleviation became a new hot spot.Found in the literature and field research process,new problems,accurate poverty alleviation work appeared in the process such as: some poor households for home verification of resentment and recognition task,helping to develop reasonable measures,there is poverty,poverty alleviation and human relations.The above problems have made the precision poverty alleviation work inefficient,poverty alleviation resources wasted and the effect of poverty alleviation not obvious.This article mainly carries on the research through the research present situation of the precise poverty alleviation work in Q ingyuan.First of all,the precise poverty research background and significance,the essence of the process of poverty alleviation and development made a comb,expounds the three aspects of precise poverty related concepts,accurate identification,precise helping and precise management and parts of precise poverty alleviation practices;and then combining investigation questionnaire and interview data analysis of the status quo in Qingyuan C ity,precise poverty,causes of problems existing in the process of implementation and problems.The study found that the poverty situation in Q ingyuan city has a large number of poor households,poor households decreased year by year,the absolute poverty,more complex causes,non economic poverty,poverty alleviation and deeper levels of poverty and poor households difficult cultural quality is not high,to face the situation to carry out precise poverty alleviation is very serious.Q ingyuan city has poor resentment and recognition tasks overload,supporting measures to develop reasonable and the relationship between poverty alleviation and human poverty problems in poverty alleviation work process,reasons and problems are mainly the poverty alleviation work publicity is not in place,staff shortage,poverty alleviation is not strong professional,project formulation and reality and regulatory assessment the mechanism is not perfect;finally,put forward to solve the above problems,aiming at these problems,this paper literature refere nce,investigation and data analysis based on the corresponding countermeasures are put forward: one is to increase the precision of poverty alleviation propaganda;two is the introduction of third party power;three is targeted to improve the poverty policy;the four is to improve the cadre evaluation system;five is to improve the precision of poverty alleviation evaluation mechanism. |
