Study On MT Company Of Financial Management Innovation Mode Under The Background Of Big Data

With application and popularization of networking and cloud services,Big-Data began to receive the attention of the modern company.As new IT technology,it had tremendous impact on enterprise management concepts,financial models and business processes.Information data is bound to become the core competitiveness of enterprises.Processing and application of the information will become a decisive role of economic efficiency of enterprises.Conditions of Big-Data for enterprise financial management data put forward new demands.Study on the application of financial management system model under Big-Data,and the application of the new modern enterprise financial management model will improve the financial management capacity and promote economic development of enterprise.The main significance of this study includes the following points.First,changes in corporate financial management conditions about Big-Data demand the corporate to make adaptive changes,Big-Data puts forward new requirements for financial management mode and study on construction of the enterprise sustainable management has practical significance;second,the research on financial management optimization path,and general framework of the mode construction under new environment has academic value as supplement to the financial theory.The thesis takes the financial management mode as the main object,MT company as the research carrier to analyze the status and existing problems ofenterprise's financial management mode.And we adopt the combination of theory and practice to carry out the research and propose specific application ofinnovative mode for MT company.Firstly literature reviews literature on domestic and international aspects of financial management mode about its meaningand influencing factors.Secondly,based on a reference in this chapter some views about finance management mode and big-data,the second part analyzes the influencing model and mechanism of big-data background.In the third part,the paper states the basic condition of MT company.Meanwhile we introduce financial management level model to analyze the present situation of financial management mode.Then we explore the inadaptability of MT company's present mode under Big Data background from the study on specific content of financial management mode.The forth part of financial management mode under Big Data for the use of research,mainly from two aspects of applicability of innovative mode and specific business processes design.In this part we first study related theory about definition and features of Finance and Business Integration and present dynamism and applicability of the mode under Big Data environment.Then we advance process design path of Finance and Business Integration mode with the combination of information system theory.At the last followed by the research of present status of MT company's financial management mode and its existing problems,through the case studies the paper putforward the concrete implementation of Finance and Business Integration combined with the information system theory and business process reengineering theory.The last part is a summary of the full text,and put forward the relevantresearch.
