Tax service is a two-way interaction between the taxpayer and the tax authorities. It should be analyzed from the two aspects of demand and supply. It is necessary to comprehensively grasp the connotation of taxpayers' needs, and also to increase the level of tax service provision based on the matching principle of supply and demand.Based on the survey data of G Province taxpayers' satisfaction and demand in 2016,the paper analyzes the taxpayer's satisfaction with the taxation services of the national and the local taxation system and the hot spots of taxpayers' needs.the matching performance of supply and demand are as follows: First, the overall level of satisfaction is excellent, tax service work is recognized;Second, the implementation of service standards is appropriate, the promotion of personnel quality is recognized;the third is the national and the local taxation cooperation needs to be further deepened.the mismatched performance of supply and demand are as follows: First, the degree of satisfaction is more evident in different cities, and the satisfaction rate in the Z region is the lowest;second, the level of taxation service needs to be improved, and the methods of tax service need to be optimized.Based on this, the paper analyzes the causes of mismatches, and then proposes optimization from the perspective of supply and demand matching.First, the tax service boundary should be defined and taxpayers' expectations should be instructed to be distributed in a reasonable range.Second,Taxpayer demand management needs to be strengthened and taxpayers' needs to be dynamically met.Third, the matching of supply and demand should be considered the core to improve the level of tax service provision.
