Comprehensive Competitiveness Evaluation Of Jinjialing Financial District

With the rapid development of China's economy,the financial industry has taken a pivotal position in China's economic development.In order to demonstrate the city's capabilities and enhance the financial competitiveness,Qingdao Jinjialing Financial District was established.It has become the just financial comprehensive reform pilot area with the theme of wealth management in China.Qingdao is a new first-tier city along the coast and is also a city that is planned to be listed separately.And the environmental foundation,solid material base and economic foundation are good.Jinjialing Financial District has beautiful scenery,convenient transportation and continuous development of the financial industry.It has the basic conditions and environments for the construction and development of financial districts.Therefore,to evaluation of the comprehensive financial competitiveness of the financial district in Jinjialing has important significance for city comprehensive development in Qingdao.First,this paper introduces the background and significance of the topic.Then,we are study the construction method of the financial district comprehensive competitiveness evaluation system.By drawing on the evaluation principles and the construction methods of the evaluation system,the financial competitiveness evaluation system of Jinjialing Financial District is constructed in three aspects of finance,talent and environment.And explain the indexes.To lay the foundation for the follow-up study and evaluation of this financial district.Third,through the index of the ratio of the added value of the financial industry to the GDP,we conduct a longitudinal analysis of the Jinjialing Financial District,and analysis shows that the Jinjialing Financial District is developing steadily.Afterwards,a descriptive analysis was conducted on the Jinjialing Financial District,Beijing Financial Street,Lujiazui Financial District,Shenzhen International Financial Center,Jiangbezui Financial District and Hangzhou Financial Center,and given a ranking position.Then,we are use the ANCOVA to verify that the disparity of the competitiveness of these financial districts,and the ranking is given.Fourth,we are used to analyze the influence factors of the Jinjialing Financial District though the method of factor analysis.The factor analysis obtains three common factor that can affect the comprehensive competitiveness of these financial districts.According to the comprehensive score,compare the Jinjialing Financial District with other financial district,then evaluation of Jinjialing Financial District.The analysis shows that the financial district has a large number of development needs.The comprehensive competitiveness of the financial district is relatively weak.The financial district has great development potential and plenty of rooms for improvement.Final,on the basis of previous analysis,we are find ways and means to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the Jinjialing Financial District,and provide reasonable opinions and suggestions for the future development of the Jinjialing Financial District.
