Research On Policy Resources Evaluation Oriented By Enterprise Transformation

Under the influence of economic globalization,industrial structure adjustment has been an economic background of China.Given that Chinese consumers are eager for high-end products,enterprises which need new profit growth points are facing the pressure of transformation.In order to make enterprise development strategy adjust to national economy strategic,the government has been formulating relevant policies to develop the fields which were supported,so policy resources are essential resources in the process of enterprise transformation.In view of this,the paper establishes a conceptual model of the relationship between enterprise transformation orientation and policy resources.The paper selects listed companies on the SME board which are qualified as samples.After descriptive analysis and correlation analysis,then through regression analysis contrasting the influence degree of policy resources for the company competitive advantage before and after transformation,we can evaluate which policy resource will help enterprises to achieve transformation.In the end of the paper,corresponding and feasible suggestions have been put forward according to the research results.In the process of research,the thesis uses both qualitative and quantitative methods to carry out the research work.Firstly,the significance of the research is stated.Through referring to a mount of relevant literature,this paper respectively expounds the transformation orientation and policy resources both home and abroad.Then the research status is summarized.Secondly,based on the theoretical research of enterprise transformation oriented and policy resources,the paper has identified 2 dimensions consisting of 8 indicators of enterprise transformation oriented,and 1 dimension consisting of 3 indicators of policy resources,and established a conceptual model.Then,based on the model and related literature,this paper puts forward the hypotheses of this study.Thirdly,the paper makes an empirical study on the relationship between policy resources and enterprise transformation orientation.61 listed companies from SME boardare selected as samples and 3 years' datas of the sample companies before and after the transformation are collected.Through SPSS 22.0,making use of descriptive analysis,correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis,the impact of policy resources on the competitive advantage of transformation enterprises before and after transformation are respectively compared,and the impact of different policy resources on the transformation of enterprises are respectively evaluated.Finally,the practical guidance suggestions are put forward according to the results of the verification.On the one hand,from the government's view,we put forward suggestions for the government's formulation and supervision policies.On the other hand,from the enterprise's view,we put forward rationalization proposals for enterprises in terms of concern and application of policies.
