With the acceleration of globalization,the trend of economic integration and interdependence among countries is more and more obvious.In this process,multinational corporations play an important role.However,due to the objective differences in the cultural background of different countries and regions,the transnational enterprises inevitably face the conflict caused by multiculturalism in the process of production and management and the serious adverse consequences,which seriously weaken the core competitiveness of the transnational organizations.Taking Ericsson(China)Limited company as the research object,this paper studies employee motivation based on cultural differences,incentive theory and five dimensions of culture,which is of great theoretical and practical significance for the rapid development of transnational enterprises in a strong cultural conflict environment.First,to dig into the background and significance of Ericsson's(China)company's employee incentive problem,systematically comb the research status at home and abroad,and explain the cultural differences and the five dimensions of values,to lay a theoretical foundation for the full text.Secondly,from the angle of salary incentive,performance assessment and education training,this paper analyzes the current status of employee incentive in Ericsson(China)Limited company and analyzes the existing problems.Thirdly,based on the cultural differences between the five dimensions of China and Switzerland,the questionnaire survey and related statistical analysis are carried out to reveal the differences in the incentive measures of the company in the needs and satisfaction of the employees.Finally,it puts forward the incentive optimization strategy of Ericsson(China)Limited company from five aspects: professional development,trust incentive,income level,group cooperation and staff training.
