Research On The Performance Of Enterprises Participating In Rural Poverty Alleviation

Under the strong call of the party and the government on poverty alleviation,the social groups at all levels of the society are urged to actively participate in the poverty alleviation process in the poverty-stricken areas and have received positive responses from many enterprises.The enterprises make full use of their own market advantages.The poor areas are also giving full play to their own resource advantages under the guidance of the government,making enterprises,governments,and poverty-stricken areas collectively benefit.In the process of participating in rural poverty alleviation,enterprises help the impoverished areas achieve their own social responsibilities and realize the sustainable development of the company.Therefore,the government needs to correctly guide and encourage enterprises to actively participate in poverty alleviation work in rural areas,and to provide an analysis and evaluation of the process of poverty alleviation in enterprises to provide supervision and poverty reduction performance.This paper selects the poverty alleviation behaviors of the rural poverty alleviation work in Wenshan Prefecture of Yunnan Province as the research object.By investigating the current status of poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken areas and analyzing poverty-reducing patterns,the evaluation system for enterprises participating in rural poverty alleviation development is constructed to find problems encountered by enterprises in the poverty alleviation process,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.In the process of enterprises participating in poverty alleviation,the government has helped the poor regions and enterprises to build bridges and established cooperative relationships among enterprises,poor households and the government.The government improves the infrastructure construction in poor areas and provides basic conditions for enterprises to enter impoverished areas.Enterprises can also promote the improvement of local infrastructure construction and provide a good living environment for the poor areas.This paper analyzes and studies the motives,models,and evaluation systems of enterprises participating in rural poverty alleviation,understands the status quo and problems faced by enterprises in poverty alleviation,and provides reference for the development of poverty alleviation in other regions.This article is mainly from the enterprise,grassroots cadres(such as village cadres)and poor households in three aspects of research,mainly in the form ofquestionnaire surveys,interviews and research to supplement the way to collect data on Wenshan state enterprises in poverty alleviation,and assess the effectiveness of corporate poverty alleviation.
