| Crowd financing is facing rapid development and extensive participation of investors,but it also faces certain risks.As a new thing,the development of crowd financing inevitably has certain uncertainty.The immature development model,the ambiguity of the legal position,the imperfect auditing mechanism and the lack of supervision make the investment of the public projects have certain risks,so it is of great significance to the risk assessment of the public projects.On the basis of the related theories of risk and public financing,this paper uses artificial neural network to construct the risk evaluation model of public financing projects,and applies the model to the empirical analysis.This paper first introduces the theoretical basis of the research on investment risk assessment of public financing projects,and expounds the theory of risk assessment and the theoretical basis of the risk assessment model of public financing.Then,based on the neural network model,the investment risk evaluation system of the public financing project is constructed.The inductive method is used to analyze the risk in the process of the project investment,and the neural network model is designed,and the risk evaluation index is optimized by using the principal component analysis method.Finally,the evaluation model is applied to a number of projects.On the basis of the investment risk assessment model of the public project,the artificial neural network after training is used to evaluate the risk of case project.Conclusion: through the risk search tree method to identify the risks faced by investors in the process of investing in the project,4 first grade evaluation indexes and 15 two level indexes are selected from four aspects of project sponsors,project itself,environmental risk and network public raising platform,and the BP risk evaluation model is constructed.The learning and training of neural network is completed,and the construction of BP risk assessment model is completed. |
