Nowadays, as the development of the high-tech industries, the function of the venture investment is becoming more and more significant, and attracts more and more researchers'interests, since the venture investment can accelerate the development of the high-tech industry, incite the technological innovation and so forth. Generally speaking, on the aspects of either the scale and the speed or the quality, we have to admit that China's venture capital industry still has a lot of room to be improved compared with those in the developed countries. The venture Capital market mechanism in China has not been well established yet and the external environment is imperfect, both of which create a big obstacle for the practice of the risk investment in China.Inspect of all the drawbacks of the venture investment in China as stated above, the success of the venture capital industry is still attracting a growing number of high-tech enterprises to try it. However, to select some certain high-tech enterprises with high growth potential and moderate venture risk to invest to; it is necessary for the venture investors to choose the enterprises based on the results obtained by the efficient evaluation approaches , especially on the appraisal of the venture risks involved in investment in the projects.The investment of the venture project is of the characteristics of both high risk and satisfactory benefit, therefore, scientific and accurate methods for evaluating the project investment is vital for the investors.
