| In recent years,"innovation" has become the theme word in China.The government encourages mass entrepreneurship and innovation.Only by continuous innovation can enterprises adapt to the fierce market competition and obtain sustainable development,when faced with the rapid changing of knowledge,products and technology.Looking at the history of world business,it can be found that those enterprises that maintain the growth of the foundation are known for their innovation.Knowledge workers is an important carrier of enterprise innovation,not only gradually becomes the core competition of enterprises,but also the main force of "reinvigorating China through human resource development" strategy and the transformation of the pattern of economic development.There are many factors that influence the innovation behavior of knowledge workers,which can be divided into individual factors,environmental factors and interaction between individuals and environment.Person-organization fit(P-O fit)contains the values congruence,needs-supply fit(N-S fit)and demands-ability fit(D-A fit).Exploring the influence on employee behavior from the perspective of interaction between individual and organization is received considerable attention by scholars both at home and abroad.The current study explores the influence of P-O fit on innovation from the individual level with regarding work engagement as the mediation variable and job crafting as the moderating variable,then builds a relational model among the four variables of P-O fit,work engagement,job crafting and innovative behavior and proposes some related hypotheses by analyzing the related literature at home and abroad.The study takes knowledge workers as the research object,through the way of questionnaire investigation,and verify the relationship model and come to ultimately research conclusions,using SPSS22.0 and AMOS 22.0 to analyze 336 valid questionnaire data.The findings are presented as follows:(1)The P-O fit has a significant positive effect on innovative behaviors of employees.(2)The work engagement has a mediating effect between P-O fit,three dimensions and employee innovation behavior.(3)Job crafting regulates the relationship between P-O fit and the work engagement.(4)Job crafting has a positive regulating effect on dimension of value congruence,demands-ability fit and work engagement. |
