With the change of time and the development of economy,Innovation is playing a more and more important role in economic development in China.Industrial innovation can promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,maintain the sustainable growth of the economy.Exploring the relationship between innovation factor input and industrial innovation performance can provide more theoretical basis for the development path of industrial innovation.High-tech industry has strong penetration and plays a leading role in the process of industrial innovation.The development and growth of high-tech industries can drive the rapid development of related industries and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries.Therefore,taking high-tech industry as the research object has strong research significance.The allocation of innovation factors has an important influence on the performance of industrial innovation.Studying the factors of innovation subject,innovation resources and innovation environment,these factors' interaction and their aspects on industrial innovation performance.On this basis,it further analyzes the influence mechanism of innovation factor input on industrial innovation performance.Taking the high-tech industry of Guangdong province as an example,this paper makes a qualitative and quantitative description,and explains the characteristics of input and output of innovation factors of high-tech industries in Guangdong province.In order to test whether innovation factors investment of high-tech industry is scientific and reasonable in Guangdong Province and is beneficial to the improvement of innovation performance,this paper constructs a scientific and reasonable index system of innovation performance and conducts an empirical test.After collecting relevant data of Guangdong high-tech industry from 2001 to 2016,using principal component analysis,it obtains the comprehensive innovation performance index.Using panel data regression,it analyzes the actual situation of innovation factor input influences technology output,economic output and its comprehensive output of the innovation performance and explains the direction and degree of influence of different factors on the performance of industrial innovation performance.Using DEA-Malmquist model,it analyzes the innovation efficiency of Guangdong High-tech Industry and five industries in the high-tech industry,as Aviation,spacecraft and equipment manufacturing,electronics and communications equipment manufacturing,computer and office equipment manufacturing,medical instrument equipment and instrumentation manufacturing.According to the above empirical analysis results and Combining with the statistics of the overall development of high-tech industry in Guangdong province,this paper puts forward relevant policy Suggestions to improve the innovation performance of high-tech industry in Guangdong province to promote the innovation capability of high-tech industry in Guangdong province and hope to provide some reference for the development of industrial innovation in other cities and regions.
