Tax Informationization Service Research Of Guangzhou National Tax

With the development of society and economy in the western countries and regions,and the improvement of citize n's consciousness,the concept of tax service is very early.The concept of tax service was first born in the United States in 1950 s,and in 1993,China formally put forward the concept of tax service for the first time.Because of C hina's tax service and tax information construction started late,the tax service theory and practice and the level of information is insufficient.For a long time,local tax authorities especially the grass-roots tax authorities are also different degrees of tax service,information awareness and attention is not enough,C hina's various types of electronic tax services platform construction is still at a low level,the application level is very limited.How to promote and optimize the application and development of information t echnology in the process of tax service has become an urgent demand.This paper first analyzes the research background,purpose and significance of the information service of tax service,the research in C hina and abroad of tax information;secondly the related theories of public finance theory,the theory of tax compliance,the new public management theory and information technology are described,based on the connotation of tax information and tax service and relevant theories,specific analysis the tax services and information;and the State Taxation Bureau of Guangzhou tax service system and the current situation analysis of informatization construction,and expounds the present National Taxation Bureau of Guangzhou city informatization development stat us of tax services,according to the statistical data of survey data,elaborates on the status quo of tax information of respondents pay attention to several aspects of service;a detailed analysis of the Guangzhou tax service information problems,including the tax service hall and The self-service terminal,the question and the reason analysis of existing 12366 tax service hotline,Guangzhou tax portals and online tax;finally,according to the problems,to optimize the tax service of Guangzhou tax information advice.The specific contents include strengthen the tax service hall and self service terminal construction promotion service hotline 12366 suggestions and optimization of Guangzhou C ity IRS website recommendations and constructing double micro inte grated service pattern,to further promote the application of online tax advice and promote tax service socialization.
