Influencing Factors Research Of Apple Producers' Professionalization

In recent years,with the gradual division of the social division of labor and the accelerating pace of modernization of domestic agriculture,the traditional farmers cannot meet the needs of modernization and that of consumer.It is urgent to upgrade from traditional farmers to professional farmers to adapt to the pace of modernization.To explore the constraints of the professionalization of farmers and to find the path to achieve the professionalism become important topics for theoretical researchers.Scholars' research on the Implementation conditions of the influencing factors of the peasant's professionalization mainly focuses on the macroeconomic policy and vocational training,and that has obtained rich theoretical achievements.At the same time,the fruit as one of the third largest farming industry has a pivotal position.The apple which is known as "the king of fruits" is an important part of the fruit.It is particularly important for apple producers to have some professional skills.The breakthrough point of this study is the professionalization of apple growers.First of all,I would define the key concepts,such as occupation,professional farmers,professionalization,and farmer professionalization and so on.This paper reviews the theoretical basis and research results related to the professionalization of peasants,and the basic theories include the theory of planned behavior,the theory of human capital and the theory of competency.The literature review includes three factors which are the influencing factors of the peasant's professionalization,the realization of the farmer's career and the professional evaluation.Secondly,based on the above theoretical basis and research results,this paper constructs the theoretical model of the influencing factors of apple producers' professionalization.Thirdly,the descriptive statistics and empirical analysis of the survey data are carried out by using statistical analysis software to verify the rationality and reliability of the theoretical model.Finally,based on the res ults of factor analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The influencing factors of apple producers' professionalization are composed of professional skills,professional quality,professional behavior and professional consciousness,which are re lating to sixteen factors.Professional skills have five influencing factors,including fruit tree pruning skills,thinning skills,apple bag picking skills,apple picking skills and apple pest control skills.Professional quality consists of three influencing factors,specifically for professional enthusiasm,professional loyalty and career planning.Professional behavior includes legal,standard,specification fertilization and applying pesticide varieties introduced four influencing factors.Professional awareness has four influencing factors: fruit industry associations,Apple quality standards,brand awareness,awareness of illegal pesticides.(2)In the influencing factors model of apple producers' professionalization,each dimension is sorted according to the influence of the weight,followed by professional skills,professional quality,professional behavior and professional consciousness.The influence of professional skills has the highest weigh while the influence of professional consciousness has the lowest weight.And the influence of professional quality and professional behavior has little difference.In the professional quality level,the most important factor affecting weight is professional loyalty,career planning and professional loyalty are the closest,the weight of the smallest is the professional enthusiasm;In the professional behavior level,the weight of the application is the largest,the weight of the fertilization is the smallest,and the weight difference between the legal application and the new variety is not big;In the level of professional skills,fruit trees pruning,thinning,bagging bag picking,picking the four factors of the impact of the weight of the gap is not large,the minimum weight of pest control;In the level of professional awareness,the factor which communicating with fruit industry association is in the highest weight position.And the factor--knowing the illegal pesticide lies in the minimum weight.However,apple quality standards and brand awareness of these two factors lie in the middle range.(3)Professional consciousness and professional quality has the highest correlation coefficient between these two dimensions.Professional consciousness,professional quality and professional behavior have a low correlation,and professional skills and professional behaviors have no significant correlation.
