Research On Urban Agriculture Development In Longquanyi District, Chengdu

The major contradictions pointed out in the 19^th CPC National Congress in our country,which is the problem to be solved and the direction to be developed.We must take a balanced and full development to meet the needs of the growing and better lifeand constantly adjust the industrial structure and optimize the supply and demand structure.China's agriculture has long been based on extensive small farm production,but it is becoming more and more difficult to adapt to the needs of high quality agricultural products and high-quality living environment.As for Longquanyi District of Chengdu city,The current situation of agricultural development still has not adapted to the development of industrial transformation and the process of urbanization in this area,there is an urgent need for a new model of agricultural development to be transformed and upgraded,accomplishing the whole task at one stroke,to conquer the contradictions of man and land,social contradictions and environmental contradictions and so on.Recently,the growing and popularity of urban agriculture in foreign country should be studied and learned by Longquanyi District.This paper is divided into five sections,analysis from theory to practice,and then to the feasibility analysis,finally puts forward the problems and measures.We think the development of modern urban agriculture must have high standing,great vision,high coordination,deepen science and technology and talent,enhance the quality of agricultural products,development of agricultural products category,and Internet development relying on agricultural information.In the first part,we introduce the significance of Longquanyi District of Chengdu as the object of this study and make a series of literature review.It is considered that the implementation of modern urban agriculture in Longquanyi area is feasible and operational.The second part is a comparative study of theory and practice,focuses on the comparison of domestic and international agricultural research and development theory and practice of agriculture to summarize the common requirement and special elements of modern urban agriculture.Based on the actual situation of Longquanyi District,the advantages and disadvantage of modern urban agriculture in Longquanyi District will be analyzed.An empirical analysis of Longquanyi District will be done in third part including analysis of various aspects of the development index of agricultural industry in Longquanyi area mainly through empirical and comparative advantage,and agriculture in this area,the three major industries in the economic contribution and competitiveness.We think agriculture in Longquanyi has the potential advantages of prototype representation and development of modern urban agriculture.Puting forward questions and suggestions to the fourth and the fifth parts,These two parts are based on the basic guidance of the significant changes in the Longquanyi District in the industrial transformation,the strong urbanization,the rural residents turning into urban residents and so on,discussed around the three core problems of the residents in the area of thinking,science and technology investment and policy support.And from this to make observations and recommendations,It is believed that the change of thinking,investment in science and technology and policy should be inclined to the development of modern urban agriculture.This paper thinks that modern urban agriculture has its common characteristics and the inevitability of the times,and it has local characteristics.This requires us to be based on reality,stand on the top level,integrate local resources,integrate characteristic elements,strengthen policy guarantee,continue to carry out structural reform of agricultural supply side,and implement Rural Revitalization Strategy,so as to make agriculture stronger,make the countryside beautiful and enrich farmers.
