China take a different from the traditional path of industrialization development of a new type of industrialization in the era of the integration of world economy, global economy informationization and technicalization and the rapid development of the international industry transformation. This article explains the new industrialized economy, and describe enough not fully followed the comparative advantages strategies and up strategy from Chinese big powers objectives, economic structural problems, employment issues and the current pressures faced by domestic and international economic development; economy will enter "comparative benefit trap", industrial development is intolerable, technology progress was restricted, and limited to their own national conditions, the industry evolution of laws and some lessons from the original domestic and out if these strategies can be fully implemented. The final determination of the use of "double-decker three-dimensional strategy" that is the basis of comparative advantage for grass-roots strategy, a competitive strategy to enhance motivation, the "knowledge and technology as the development strategy's preliminary link, it is a good solution to the traditional ills arising from the development of industrialization, and can be a good strategy to maintain the sustainability of their own existence. The means to exploit the comparative advantages to promote effectiveness through strengthening the existing industrial advantages and high technology transform traditional industries; the system innovation, acquiring and developing support related industries and the role of government in the strategy can achieve competitive pulling capacity in the final.
