With the rapid development of the communications industry and the popularization of 4G network,the focus of China Mobile has shifted from the original focus on call and network quality to full-service operation.The overall strategic shift will bring about the transformation of China Mobile in the marketing channels.In short,it will further expand its business channels through fierce customer price competition in the same industry.Faced with the reorganization of its rival China Telecom,China Mobile has gradually lost its advantage over the Internet.The impact of e-commerce on people's consumption patterns,but also marketing to China's mobile terminal product sales expansion.Therefore,only through further expansion of sales channels,China Mobile can attract potential customers.Only through constant development of distinctive businesses can China Mobile attract more consumers.Through the business experience of its outlets,China Mobile can quickly grab the market with the business,In order to realize the advantages of new business in the market,so as to achieve the purpose of quickly seizing the market.As a prefecture-level city in Sichuan Province,Luzhou has obvious geographical advantages.It is one of the most important ports in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River.It is also the largest port and the third largest airport in Sichuan Province.It has become the commercial logistics center of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle.The rapid development of an external economic environment,Luzhou Mobile will be the whole business operations to bring more sales channels,which is both an opportunity and a challenge.This article takes Luzhou Mobile as the research object,based on the concept and theory,firstly states the characteristics of the domestic and foreign telecom industry respectively in the marketing channels;secondly,by analyzing the main channels of Luzhou Mobile's marketing channel expansion Problem,and laid the foundation for the countermeasures put forward;Third,from the perspective of full-service operation,for the emergence of sales channels,from the sales channel structure,its own channel efficiency,control of social channels,electronic channels to enhance the four levels Improve countermeasures.
